Kelly and Her Camera operates the website, which facilitates photography services for individuals, families, and businesses.  This page is used to inform website visitors and clients regarding our privacy policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

License and Insured

Kelly and Her Camera is fully licensed, registered, contributes taxes, and is insured to the industry standard.  Proof of Insurance is available upon request.   All required permit fees and permissions are obtained prior to sessions but are not included in the standard booking fee.

Image Privacy

Kelly and Her Camera will not use images from your session for portfolio, contests, or marketing without consent.  Personal identifiers are avoided to retain as much anonymity as possible.  If there is ever an image posted on marketing, kellyandhercamera.com, or on any kelcam social media that you would like removed, please contact me and the image will be taken down immediately and without further questions.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.  Contact Kelly if you would like to be removed from our database.

Kelly and Her Camera is committed to preserving the privacy of all of its website visitors, including children.  We will not knowingly collect any information about children or sell products to children under the age of 13.  If a picture of you or your child is posted on kellyandhercamera.com that you would like removed, please contact me directly.  No questions asked the image will be removed immediately.

Kelly and Her Camera is fully aware of the WCAG 2.0 Guidelines and working toward 100% compliance.  With so many images on the website and this being a one-woman show, it is coming a bit slowly.  Equal accessibility is something prioritized and valued.  All new material is WCAG 2.0 compliant and my goal is to have complete compliance before 2020.
